PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE DEVELOPMENT
At ATC, we partner with organizations to set up a working Project Management Office (PMO). A PMO is a group or department within a business, agency or enterprise that defines and maintains standards for project management within the organization. The primary goal of a PMO is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods. Over time, a PMO generally will become the source for guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within the organization.

PROJECT IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Project Impact assessment has become essentially necessary in this day and age. This is due to the high level of project failure, especially in Nigeria. When Projects fail, most of the time they don’t get to achieve the purpose for which they were carried out and even when they succeed, they have little or no impact on the stakeholders. Project Impact Assessment is the process of identifying the anticipated or actual impacts of a development intervention/Project, on those social, economic and environmental factors which the intervention/Project is designed to affect.
Billions of naira is spent on Projects annually in Nigeria with larger part of this fund coming from the public sector. However, projects failing to meet their goals remain a huge challenge in the country. With adequate impact assessment administration and practice, this challenge will become a thing of the past.
