Data has become an important part every organization. Decision makers use data to decide on the organization’s next line of action. Refined HR data is key to the achievement of organizational goals as it helps business to make decision based on facts. In this training, participants will have the opportunity to be equipped with the necessary thinking and organization to deal with the challenges of sustaining an evidence-based approach to HR management.
